101: Basic Wire-Wrapping, Learn the 4 most important tools to have for wire wrapping, discover various sizes and materials for wire, and make two pairs of earrings or (earrings and a pendant). You’ll choose from various gemstones and a variety of beads to design your own jewelry. 102: Wire-Wrapping Briolettes. Discover more gemstone options and the addition of wrapping briolette beads(top-drilled). You’ll make two pieces of jewelry of your choosing (earrings and/or necklaces) here as well. Wed. Oct. 7 6-8pm, $35
104: Introduction to Hammering. Bring your hammer and steel plate (I’ll have some to borrow) to discover the basics of hammering. Explore heavier gauge wire and the implications on your design & materials. Leave with two hammered pieces. Tues., Oct 13, 6-8pm, $45 Register here:

Yesterday I woke up with images of bracelets in my head and I rolled over to sketch four ideas. I had a chance yesterday to play with this one. I used silver plated wire instead of sterling since it was a first run and these brilliant lapis lazuli beads. I have more ideas on how to evolve this design and many beads that want to get in on the action.
